Return Policy

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address or unclaimed – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or the package goes unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Make sure to double check your address when placing your order to avoid any problems!

Refunds – You can return any product and get a refund within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the good.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal to support@admirastore.com or through the contact page before the withdrawal period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
